- Plums - 2 lbs
- 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
- Philadelphia Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Cognac - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Grease a baking dish with butter and arrange the plum halves in it, cut side up, tightly packed together, similar to how you would prepare a tarte Tatin. Place the dish with the plums in an oven preheated to 356°F for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
During this time, mix the sugar, cheese, cream, and brandy until smooth.
Step 3
Remove the dish with the plums from the oven, pour the cheese and cream mixture over the plums, and return it to the oven for another twenty minutes.
