  • Plums - 2 lbs
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the plums and remove the pits. Place them in a deep pot and heat over low heat until they become soft (this usually takes 15–20 minutes). Transfer the plum mixture to a large skillet, add cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 2

Place in a preheated oven at 302°F with the door slightly ajar. Every half hour, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the plums. Once the jam is ready, pour it into jars and seal.
