  • Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
  • Pistachios - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
  • Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the sifted flour and milk, whisk again, then fold in the pistachios ground in a blender with the flour.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish with butter, place the halved plums on the bottom, and pour the batter over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for twenty-five minutes.

Step 3

Let it cool and serve.
