Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Water - to taste

Step 1
Gradually add the flour to the water and knead a stiff dough. Salt it.
Step 2
Knead the dough very thoroughly. Shape it into a log.
Step 3
Let the dough rest overnight; it can be kept in the refrigerator for longer.
Step 4
Before shaping, the dough should be softened and cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Shape the kazyuli into a deer, gradually pulling out the head, legs, and antlers from the main piece.
Step 6
Bake in an oven for 1 hour, then dip in boiling water and bake for another 20-30 minutes. Repeat the boiling and baking several times until the kazyuli become hard and glossy. Cool down.
