- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Boiling water - 8 fl oz

Rinse the poppy seeds and soak them in boiling water.

Rinse the raisins and soak them.
Step 3
Whip the egg white with sugar.
Step 4
Add the poppy seeds and mix well.

Roll out or stretch the dough by hand to form a thin layer.
