  • Poppy seed paste - 7.1 oz
  • Milk - 10 fl oz
  • Sugar - 3.4 oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Water - 3 fl oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the poppy seeds well with water.

Drain the water.

Transfer the poppy seeds to a saucepan and pour in the milk (200 ml).

Place on the heat and boil for 20 minutes until the milk evaporates.

Transfer to a bowl and add sugar (80 g), butter (30 g), and 1 egg white.
