Description

- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Poppy seed paste - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg and mix. Add salt.
Step 3
To the sifted flour, add the baking powder. Add part of the flour to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the poppy seeds. Mix. Add the remaining flour.
Step 5
Knead a soft dough.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Tear off pieces of dough, shape them into balls, and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Place in the hot oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the buns are golden brown.
