Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 6½ tablespoons
- Poppy seed paste - 2.6 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Mix the flour with baking soda and sift.
Step 2
Rinse the poppy seeds and drain them in a sieve. Soften the butter until there are no lumps. Mix all the ingredients except the flour and mash with a spoon for 5-6 minutes (you can substitute sour cream with buttermilk or kefir), then add the flour and knead the dough for half a minute.
Step 3
Roll it out on a floured board to a thickness of 5-6 mm. Cut out various shapes using cookie cutters or a knife, brush them with egg, place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 392°F.
