Ingredients
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Poppy seed paste - 2.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 9.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ⅓ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - ½ tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Potato protein - 0.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with 50 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Stir until crumbly. Grease a baking dish (25 cm) with butter. Place a little more than half of the dough on the bottom.
Step 2
Combine the cottage cheese, lemon juice, 2 eggs, remaining vanilla sugar, and starch. For convenience, place in a pastry bag and pipe the filling onto the crust, leaving a couple of centimeters from the edge for the dough.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Mix the milk with the remaining sugar and bring to a boil, then add the crushed poppy seeds and let sit for a couple of minutes. Add an egg and breadcrumbs. Pipe the mixture using a pastry bag between the rings of cottage cheese. Fill the remaining gaps with dough. Bake for 40 minutes.
