- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and zucchini, and cut them into thin rounds.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
Step 5
Rinse the pork, cut it into thin steaks, and place it in the dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle with salt and spices.
Step 7
Layer the onions on top of the meat, followed by the zucchini rounds.
Step 8
Add salt and spread sour cream on top.
Step 9
Then layer the tomato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 10
Cover the dish with foil, place it in the oven, and bake for about 30–40 minutes at 374°F.

During baking, add a little water to the dish to prevent the meat from drying out.
