Description

Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1¼ cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease small cupcake or muffin molds with butter. Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
In a double boiler, heat the chocolate with the butter and mix well. Using a mixer or food processor, beat the eggs and yolks with the sugar for about 3 minutes. While continuing to beat, pour in the chocolate mixture, then add the flour. Mix well.
Step 3
Using a ladle, pour the mixture into the molds and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Dust the finished cakes with powdered sugar.
