Ingredients
- Potato - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes and green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the vegetables and add them to a skillet along with the finely chopped tomatoes.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, grated cheese, crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk together and pour over the vegetables.
Step 3
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, and slice.
