- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Mashed Potatoes - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, combine water, salt, sugar, yeast, and the egg white.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add flour and dehydrated mashed potatoes.
Step 5
Stir the dough with a spatula.
Step 6
Pour in the vegetable oil.

Knead the dough by hand.

Divide into 5 equal parts.

Shape each part into a bun.
