Ingredients
- Vanilla Biscotti - 21.2 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Milk - 1 glass
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
- Cognac - 4 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the breadcrumbs in a meat grinder. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the ground breadcrumbs for coating.
Step 2
Bring the milk to a boil and dissolve the sugar in it.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the milk and add the cocoa.
Step 4
Cool the milk mixture to room temperature and pour it over the crushed breadcrumbs. Add the chopped walnuts and the brandy. Mix the mixture well.
Step 5
Shape the mixture into balls. Roll them in a mixture of 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of ground breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Place the finished pastries in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
