Ingredients
- Oat flakes - ¾ cup
- Baby Cream Puree - 2.1 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Rum - 1 tablespoon
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the puree from any sweet fruit into the oat flakes, add cinnamon, mix thoroughly, and spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven on low heat until golden brown (constant monitoring is required, stirring occasionally). Cool and blend into flour in a blender.
Step 2
Mix the raisins with espresso and blend.
Step 3
Add the blended raisins, rum, and mix thoroughly with the cottage cheese, then add the prepared oat flour and mix again.
Step 4
Shape into cakes and roll in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for a few hours.
