Description

- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Sunflower Seeds - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil or bake the potato. Peel and grate it.
Step 2
Add the egg, sugar, vegetable oil, baking soda, and flour. Mix well. Add salt.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7 mm. Cut out circles from the dough and sprinkle them with seeds.
Step 4
Bake in the oven until done at 180-392°F.
