Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and make a thick puree, beat in 2 eggs and add the flour. Mix well.
Step 2
The filling can vary, even fried cabbage. I took boiled eggs and diced them, added sautéed mushrooms with onions.
Step 3
Then, from our potato dough, I make patties, place the filling in the middle, and form the croquettes. In the original recipe, the croquettes should be round, but I find it easier to make them slightly flattened.
Step 4
Dip in egg, then in flour, then back in egg and in breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Fry in sunflower oil.
