- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - ½ cup
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Pass the potatoes through a meat grinder and prepare the potato dough: add butter, egg, flour, milk, yeast, salt, and pepper to taste. The dough should be quite liquid.
Step 2
Prepare the chervil sauce: melt 3 tablespoons of butter, mix with 1 tablespoon of flour. Add finely chopped chervil, grated lemon zest, pour in the cream, and bring to the desired consistency. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Fry the pancakes on both sides just like regular pancakes. Serve with chervil sauce.
