Description
The ingredients are the same as in a classic potato pancake, but here the ratio of potatoes to eggs is slightly different: there is less potato, so the egg stands out much more, and therefore there is more egg white.

- Potato - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Serve the draniki with sour cream.

Peel the onion, chop it coarsely, and blend it until smooth.

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
Step 4
Combine the potatoes with the onions.
Step 5
Add an egg and flour to the vegetable mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.

Scoop the batter onto the skillet with a spoon and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Flip the potato pancakes and continue frying until they are golden brown on the other side.
