Potato Pie with Cheese and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 21.2 oz
- Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dry yeast - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - a pinch
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, peel them, and puree in a blender.
Step 2
Mix the puree with flour, add 125 ml of water, and stir. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and pour it into the flour mixture. Add sugar and knead the dough. Place it in a warm place and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Chop the flesh in a blender with the onion and garlic, then sauté in olive oil for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil and dusted with flour. Lay thin slices of cheese and tomato sauce on the dough. Season with pepper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
