Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 10 pieces
- Pork Mince - 10.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Turnips - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Clarified Butter - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes, cut them in half, and boil until fully cooked (about 30 minutes).
Step 3
Chop the onion, tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers randomly.
Step 4
Sauté the onion, carrots, and bell peppers in oil for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the vegetables from the pan and sauté the mince in the same pan for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the sautéed vegetables, tomatoes, salt, and spices to the mince.
Step 7
Mix and add the herbs.
Step 8
Place the boiled potatoes on parchment paper.
Step 9
Mash them.
Step 10
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 11
Layer the mince with vegetables on top.
Step 12
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 20 minutes.
