- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes without peeling them, then peel, mash through a sieve, and mix with the dissolved yeast in sweetened milk and sour cream, flour, salt, and eggs.
Step 2
Add flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
Step 3
Leave in a warm place for an hour to rise, then roll out to a thickness of 1.5 cm and cut into circles.
Step 4
Place grated cheese on top, cover with another circle, and pinch the edges. Fry the pies in a pot with heated fat and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
