- Salad Potatoes - 10 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 6.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Curd - 10.6 oz
- Margarine - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and grate them. Add 1 beaten egg and the egg white, salt, and flour, and mix into a thick homogeneous mass. On a floured board, roll out the potato dough, cut out circles with a glass, and brush with egg. Place 1 teaspoon of curd filling on each circle.
Step 2
To prepare the curd filling, mix the curd with the yolk, flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with margarine. Arrange the pies, brush with egg, and bake until golden brown in the oven at 392°F.
