  • Spanish onions - ½ heads

  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Scallions - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
