Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the potatoes with a brush, cut them into elongated wedges, and place them in a bowl or pot. Drizzle with olive oil and mix to ensure each wedge is evenly coated with oil. Then, add salt and spices to taste, and mix again.

Step 2

Place in a baking tray and put in a preheated oven. Bake until done (usually 40-60 minutes, depending on the oven, dish, and amount of potatoes).

Step 3

Serve the wedges with a sauce - for the sauce, mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions, add garlic or spices to taste (for example, khmeli-suneli).
