- Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Thyme - 1 bunch
- 20% Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep dish, layer all the ingredients: potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, green onion, Parmesan, sour cream, and thyme.
Step 2
Cover with a lid or foil, and place in a preheated oven (180–392°F). After 20–30 minutes, remove the lid/foil and return to the oven for another 15–25 minutes.
Step 3
Sauté the onion, peel and slice the potatoes.
