Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - 0.7 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - 0.2 oz
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.4 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash all vegetables and greens thoroughly under running water and dry them.
Step 2
Boil 2 eggs for 10 minutes, peel them, and then cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Cut the tomato into strips or medium-sized cubes.
Step 6
Slice the onion into strips and place it in a bowl with the tomatoes, bell pepper, greens, and eggs.
Step 7
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the bowl with the chopped vegetables, greens, and eggs.
Step 8
Grate the mozzarella cheese as well, set aside about 20 grams in a separate bowl, and add 30 grams to the other chopped ingredients.
Step 9
Add 5 grams of pepper mix and 10 grams of salt to the previously chopped ingredients. Mix everything well.
Step 10
In a separate bowl, mix 170 grams of sifted flour, 10 grams of baking soda, and 10 grams of salt.
Step 11
Lightly beat an egg with a fork and add it to 200 grams of room temperature kefir. Mix everything together.
Step 12
Pour 25 ml of sunflower oil into the liquid ingredients.
Step 13
Gradually add the prepared flour mixture with baking soda and salt to the kefir-egg mixture. Knead the dough.
Step 14
The dough should have a consistency similar to pancake batter.
Step 15
Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and pour half of the resulting dough into it.
Step 16
Spread the previously chopped ingredients evenly over the dough.
Step 17
Pour the remaining dough on top and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Step 18
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
Step 19
Check for readiness with a wooden skewer.
Step 20
Sprinkle with mozzarella and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 21
Before removing the pie from the mold, let it cool for about 15–20 minutes, covered with a towel. This will allow the moisture to distribute evenly throughout the pie and make it easier to remove from the mold.
