- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.2 oz
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Condensed Milk - 4.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Apricot Jam - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the yolks with 75 grams of sugar. Separately, beat the egg whites, adding 75 grams of sugar.
Step 2
Mix the egg whites with the yolks.
Step 3
Sift the flour and cocoa (25 g) into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Melt 40 grams of butter, cool it, and add it to the batter.
Step 5
Bake the cake layer for 30 minutes at 392°F.
Step 6
Beat the yolk with 20 ml of water.
Step 7
Cook the condensed milk and yolk in a water bath until thickened.
Step 8
Beat 200 grams of butter and vanilla sugar.
Step 9
Gradually add the condensed milk mixture, one spoon at a time.
Step 10
Incorporate the cocoa and beat until smooth.
Step 11
Cut the cake layer in half, spread with jam, then cream, and join together.
Step 12
For the glaze, melt the chocolate and 60 grams of butter in a water bath, and pour over the cake.
Step 13
Serve cut into portioned pieces.
