Ingredients
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder - 11.3 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 8.1 oz
- Brandy - 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter. For this, beat 2 eggs with 150 grams of sugar, add 200 grams of sour cream, baking soda neutralized with vinegar, salt, and 0.5 can of cocoa powder. Then, add 200 grams of flour and mix thoroughly. Grease the baking pan with butter, pour in the batter, place it in the oven, and bake for 30 minutes at 392°F. Once the pan cools, carefully turn it over. Cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers, spread cream between them, and pour hot glaze on top.
Step 2
For the cream, beat softened butter (200 grams), gradually adding the cocoa powder (0.5). When a homogeneous mass forms, add vanillin and brandy (or balsam).
Step 3
To prepare the glaze, mix sour cream (50 grams), cocoa (3 tablespoons), and sugar, and boil over medium heat until thickened. Then add butter (30 grams) and boil again.
Step 4
Decorate the top of the cake with berries (strawberries, raspberries) and mint leaves. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
