Description
To check if the layers are ready, poke them with a toothpick — if it comes out dry, they are done. It's best to soak them immediately, while the layers are still warm, and then let them cool.
Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Water - ¾ cup
- Vodka - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the dough by gradually mixing the first seven ingredients. Bake two to three layers and soak them with the syrup.
Step 2
Prepare the syrup using the eighth, ninth, and tenth ingredients. Mix them and place on the stove over high heat, stirring to prevent the sugar from burning. Cook until it boils or the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Make the cream. Whip the butter well, then gradually add the condensed milk and cocoa powder. Next, simply spread the cream on all sides of the layers.
