- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Safflower Oil - 2 spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 4 spoons
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Ghee - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Sour Cream - 2 spoons
- Fine white sugar - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot using a fine grater, then mix it with the egg, flour, sugar (1 cup), baking soda, cocoa powder (2 tablespoons), and sunflower oil. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Transfer to a baking dish that has been greased with butter and dusted with flour to prevent sticking. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
To prepare the glaze, combine cocoa powder (2 tablespoons), butter, sugar (2 tablespoons), and sour cream until smooth. Keep over heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Once the pie is baked, drizzle it with glaze and let it cool.
