Protein Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 0.9 oz
- Vanilla Protein Powder - 1.1 oz
- Peanut Butter - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the oat flakes into flour.
Step 2
Place the bananas, oat flour, and milk in a blender and puree thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the protein powder and blend again until well mixed.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into 2 parts - add peanut butter to one part and berries (any kind, I used blackberries) to the other, blend each mixture separately until smooth.
Step 5
Layer the mixtures in a deep dessert dish, alternating layers (a few tablespoons each).
