Ingredients

  • Raisins - 3.4 oz
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Peanut Sprouts - 3 oz
  • Ground Oats - 2 cups
  • Chopped almonds - 2.8 oz
  • Vanilla Protein Powder - 1.1 oz
  • Honey - 11.6 oz
  • Beans - 1 piece
  • Hazelnut - 3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the oats into a bowl, add the raisins and whole hazelnuts, and honey. Do not mix.

Step 2

Mash the ripe banana until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Add the banana puree to the bowl.

Step 3

Chop the peanuts and hazelnuts (tip - I recommend putting them in a bag, tying it tightly, and crushing the nuts with a rolling pin).

Step 4

Slowly pour in the milk, half a cup at a time, and mix thoroughly with all the ingredients.

Step 5

Add the protein powder. Mix well.

Step 6

Take a wide plate and line it with plastic wrap. Spread the mixture to a height of about 1–1.5 cm, cover with plastic wrap. Make light cuts in the shape of rectangles to make it easier to cut the bars later. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Step 7

After 2 hours, remove from the freezer and cut the large slab into individual bars.
