Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Coconut flakes - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate - 1.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Stevia Extract - to taste
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a deep bowl. Do not touch the chocolate yet.
Step 3
Cut the avocado, add it to the dry mixture, then crack in the eggs and add the oil. Blend the mixture until there are no lumps.
Step 4
Add the chocolate. If you have a bar, break it into pieces of 0.5–0.7 cm. Stir with a spatula.
Step 5
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30–40 minutes, depending on your oven. It is important not to overbake.
