- Vanilla Protein Powder - 2.1 oz
- 1% Kefir - 4.2 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Cherry - 1.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Baking Powder - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg whites, add the protein, half of the cottage cheese, and baking powder, then whisk again.
Step 2
Place a little batter in a baking dish, add the chopped cherries, and pour the remaining batter on top.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes, or in the microwave for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the remaining cottage cheese with cocoa powder.
Step 5
Spread on the finished cake, as it tends to be a bit dry.
