Ingredients
- Albumin - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 7 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Toasted Sesame - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites vigorously with a mixer or whisk.

Add salt and mix.
Step 5
Add albumin.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.

Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet to form buns.

Sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

Place in a preheated oven at 320°F.

After 25 minutes, remove the buns from the oven and let them cool for 5–10 minutes.
