Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Quail Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Semolina - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Cherry - 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - a pinch
- Port Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Prunes - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter.
Step 2
Add semolina to the melted butter and mix well.
Step 3
Whisk the quail eggs with sugar and vanillin.
Step 4
Add flour to the egg and sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Dissolve the baking soda.
Step 6
Add the baking soda to the egg and flour mixture, and mix well.
Step 7
Add kefir to the butter and mix well.
Step 8
Combine both mixtures (butter and egg) and stir until smooth.
Step 9
Rinse the prunes and chop them into 1 cm pieces.
Step 10
Add the prunes to the egg and butter mixture and mix.
Step 11
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Step 12
Place in an oven preheated to 356°F for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve garnished with a berry, berry sauce, and powdered sugar.
