Ingredients

  • Walnuts - 4.6 oz
  • Prunes - 10.6 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Semolina - 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with semolina, egg yolks, sugar, and finely chopped walnuts.

Step 2

Soak the pitted prunes in cold water. Stuff the prepared prunes with the cottage cheese mixture, place them in a heatproof dish or skillet with a removable handle, add a little water, and bake in the oven.

Step 3

Serve with whipped sour cream mixed with sugar.
