  • Walnuts - 0.9 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the prunes in cold boiled water and remove the pits.

Step 2

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with semolina, yolk, sugar, and finely chopped roasted nuts; stuff the prunes with this mixture, place them in a greased skillet, add a little water, and bake in the oven.

Step 3

Reduce the sour cream by half, pour it over the prunes, and serve.
