- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Raisins - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the thawed pastry into squares and roll them out slightly.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: in a blender, mix cottage cheese, egg, banana, and sugar. Add soaked and dried raisins to the mixture (optional).
Step 3
Place the filling in the center of each square, bringing the corners together in the middle to form a 'house' shape.
Step 4
Brush the resulting pastry with egg yolk and place it in a preheated oven. Bake until done, about 15–20 minutes at 356°F.
