Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Pear - 1 piece
- Sweet Red Onion - 1 head
- Adyghe cheese - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough and cut it into four squares, creating edges.
Step 2
Beat the egg and brush it over the dough.
Step 3
Peel the pear (if desired), remove the seeds. Slice it.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half-rings/rings, heat the olive oil in a pan, and sauté the onion until soft but not golden. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 6
Evenly distribute the pears, onion, and cheese on the prepared dough. Place in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle with herbs (any of your choice) and serve hot.
