Puff Pastries with Pineapple

Ingredients

  • Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
  • Puff Pastry - 2 lbs
  • Powdered Sugar - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the pineapples from the can and dry them on a paper towel.

Step 2

Roll out the pastry thinly into a long rectangle and cut it into strips 3 cm wide.

Step 3

Take a strip of pastry and thread it through the hole in the pineapple. Start wrapping the rings — each turn overlaps slightly with the previous layer of pastry.

Step 4

Moisten a baking sheet with water and place it in a preheated oven (340°F) for 15–20 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle the finished pastries with powdered sugar.
