- Bacon - 4.2 oz
- Puff Pastry - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 4.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry, but do not roll it out. Place it in greased tartlet molds.
Step 2
Add the chopped bacon to the baskets.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Dice them and place them in the baskets on top of the bacon.
Step 4
Prepare the omelet mixture: mix the eggs with the cream, add chopped cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the omelet mixture into the baskets and place them in the oven. Bake until golden brown.
