Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 14.1 oz
- Vanillin - ⅓ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Light Raisins, Seedless - to taste
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, 1 egg, sour cream, vanillin, and soaked, dried raisins.
Step 2
Thaw the pastry, cut it into 2 parts.
Step 3
Roll out into a rectangle measuring 15x35 cm. Spread half of the filling, leaving a little space from the edges.
Step 4
Roll it up, pinch the edge, turn it over with the seam side down. Cut into pieces 3–4 cm wide.
Step 5
Repeat the same with the second part of the pastry. Place on parchment paper, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds (or poppy seeds, cinnamon, sugar...). Bake at 392°F until golden brown. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
