Puff Pastry Pie with Berries and Fruits

- Puff Pastry - 14.1 oz
- Cherry - 3.5 oz
- Black Rowan - 3.5 oz
- Donut Peaches - 3.5 oz
- Pears - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry, leaving two strips for separating the filling. Roll out the remaining pastry slightly and place it in a greased baking dish, forming edges. Twist the two strips (that we saved) into a rope and place them crosswise.
Step 2
We have created four separate spaces for the filling. Arrange the berries and fruits. If the berries are frozen, add a little starch (to prevent them from leaking). Pears and peaches can be sprinkled with sugar. Brush the top of the pastry with egg yolk.
Step 3
Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake at 356°F for about 25 minutes. When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
