- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Green Peas - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Starch film - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in the dish.
Step 4
Blend the peas with a small amount of milk.
Step 5
Bring the milk mixed with cream to a boil. Combine with the pea puree. Add starch, chopped herbs, eggs, grated cheese, pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Slice the bacon thinly and fry in a dry pan.
Step 7
Place the bacon on the pastry and pour the pea sauce over it.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature and cook for another 15 minutes.
