Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
  • Scallions - ½ bunches
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thaw the dough and let it rest in a warm place for a while.

Step 2

Boil the chicken fillet (or use pre-cooked chicken, such as chicken roll), then cut it into cubes.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and grate the Parmesan cheese using a fine grater.

Step 4

Combine all the ingredients, and season with salt and pepper to taste (if the fillet is too dry and not fatty, you can add a little oil).

Step 5

Divide the thawed dough into pieces. Roll each piece into a flat round of the desired size. Place a spoonful of filling on each round, pinch the edges to seal, brush the pastries with beaten egg (or egg yolk), sprinkle with sesame seeds, and arrange the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 6

Bake at 180–392°F for 25–30 minutes.
