Description
As for the filling, it can be anything. I really wanted pies with cabbage. But my younger brother came to the kitchen complaining that he doesn't like cabbage, so I made him the same pies, but with sweetened condensed milk instead. It's much simpler here. We spoon the sweetened condensed milk onto squares of dough. You can also make them with chocolate — just place pieces of chocolate on the same squares and form the pie. Optionally, each pie can be brushed with beaten egg. I always do this, whether it's a pie or a pizza base.
