- Frozen black currant puree - 8.8 oz
- Cream 22% - 1 tablespoon
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 4.2 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vanillin - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Puff Pastry - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the sheet of puff pastry until it is half as thick. Cut into squares approximately 7 x 7 cm.
Step 2
Blend the cheese with the egg white, powdered sugar, vanillin, and cream.
Step 3
Place the filling in the center of each square. Top with black currants and pieces of banana. Fold them into pockets.
Step 4
Beat the egg yolk and brush it over the tops of the pockets.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.
