- Onion - 1 head
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Eel - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the onion, sauté it in vegetable oil, add the chopped mushrooms and chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper. Do not evaporate the juice.
Step 2
Then pass everything through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Roll out the pastry thinly, lay the lettuce leaves on it, then spread the filling evenly over the entire surface. Roll it up, brush with egg yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 356°F.
